We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion in both government and private sector markets.
Responsibilities:
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and owning critical relationships with key clients and prospective clients. They’ll meet with senior level executives, understand their needs, present our value proposition, and bring innovative solutions to complex problems. Acquire new clients, and identify ongoing opportunities in existing client base. They will also develop and execute a disciplined account penetration and management strategy for new accounts for Our clients’ base by offering IT Services solutions.
Work proactively to establish a MCAP Market Coverage Action Plan & client network and pipeline of revenue generating accounts in the region by maintaining a high level of daily/weekly sales activities including prospecting, presentations, on-site meetings, and demonstrations. They will lead an internal team of experts in crafting & delivering a compelling value proposition to executive clients.
- Identify prospects, generate leads, contact prospects, assist in developing proposals, coordinate and organize networking events, and participate in all aspects of the sales process. Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop a productive business relationship between clients and Amreli.
- Manage sales operations to ensure quality and strong client loyalty by assisting Engagement Managers and Practice Leaders in managing the total client experience.

Maintain existing and develop new relationships across the industry including customers, strategic partners and various federal, state and local government agencies
- Develop and manage relationships with selected business partners to develop and share leads and to team on selected pursuits
This is a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT position
Requirements:
- Self-starter, comfortable with client technical and
business staff, enjoys start-up operations, fosters teamwork, quick learner,
bright, motivated, dynamic.

4+ year experience selling professional services to mid-size and large firms (full life cycle IT projects and strategic advisory services).

Proven track record producing revenues in the $1.5M+ per year range.

Experience interacting with Senior Management and CXO's of clients and prospects.

Strong sales management ability. Industry contacts and references.

Experience selling Software, IT, Web and Business Consulting services and solutions.

A self-starter able to create revenue independently and in a team environment.
