Amreli Virtual Assistant, or AVA, is a state-of-the-art interactive kiosk that provides automated reception services and the option of on-demand, live interaction with a human attendant. AVA integrates Intelligent Human Interaction and a Natural User Interface to interact with visitors, and includes two-way audio/video conferencing and other internet-accessible-services. With its unique combination of autonomous monitoring and live, on-demand interaction, AVA is a compelling solution for those who need occasional, live reception services without the expense of a full-time employee.
Receptionists are consistently overwhelmed with a host of duties that include answering a variety of phone systems, forwarding calls and messages, dealing with walk in traffic and couriers, data entry, working with MS office for office tasks; use of office equipment including fax machine, scanner, photocopier, and other general office administration tasks. It is no wonder that guests and important clients can feel under served when first entering an office. Despite the apparent comfort of the traditional receptionist receiving important guests, this service can be easily neglected, until now! Amreli Technology has developed AVA – Amreli Virtual Assistant - a dynamic and interactive kiosk that automates the reception process and performs flawlessly every time to meet or exceed your guest’s expectations.
AVA is designed from the ground up to be responsive, user-friendly and most importantly,
intuitive. Guests interact with AVA using familiar gestures such as pointing, touching, and waving. AVA's Intelligent Human Interaction can recognize voice patterns, specific phrases and physical gestures, and respond accordingly, such as opening an audio/video conference link with a live attendant, or offering a connection to local transportation services. As you can see, AVA greets your guest as they approach. Using the touchscreen, they can select icons or swipe to a different screen. If live assistance is required, your guest can initiate a video call by requesting it verbally, waving their hand, or touching the screen.
